  • They were actually tied numbers-wise, and Nash got the alphabetical nod. Same number of games, and Nash's team looks like it could be on the verge of a huge coming out party. I think it's very possible he has a monster week. Call it a hunch.

  • Al, I think the real jealously lies between he and Amare. A lot has been made of that here. People forget, Marion is the longest tenured Sun. Amare moved in, got all the plays run for him, and the rest is history. I still think Marion is being a bit selfish, given the fact that he is the highest paid Suns player, took more shots last year than any, and was the second highest scoring only because he doesn't get to the line as often as Amare. I actually just bought "Seven Seconds" on Ebay two days ago, so I will see what you read, but I do know for a fact he is a lot of the reason the media has been able to make much out of the Suns chemistry problems in the last few years. And back on topic, Barbosa fell way too far here compared to other drafts. His scoring ability, threes, steals, and good percentages put him in the 5th round for me, and 4th round in most places. That's just my opinion.

  • Something to think about: Dwight Howard is shooting 20-25 FT in the preseason after a 13-16 day today. If he keeps this up in the season, he's a first rounder no doubt.
