I think a seperate board and restricting new topic creation are both great ideas. Is it possible to put a post count limit on topic creation. What I mean is there a way to only allow posters with a certain number …

I agree with Andru. Warn then ban. There are way too many congas being advertised which cant be doing anything but hurting the ones here.
