  • "I’m starting to get frustrated when I use real facts, and historical evidence to prove points when debating an Obama-maniac. The talking points I get from one of these people are empty, incoherent, rambling about hope, change, and, optimism. Liberals use EMOTIONS, conservatives use their brains." (Caps added) That was quite the recent display of emotion by a conservative wasn't it Sal? Oops! So much for that. Really, you make this too easy. I've run across knowledgeable liberals who could put up a FANTASTIC debate. I suggest you stick with the Obama-maniacs because if you go up against knowledgeable liberals, they'll clean your clock. Insults are easy Sal, I'll prove it. What is that on your lip anyway? A football team? 11 players (hairs) on each side? You know, if you paint your face blue you could pass for the lead character in the Ratatouille. It's uncanny! That brain you say you use, was it the same one you used to post a defense of Ron Paul when you meant to attack him? Do you find yourself being for it before being against it? If you so, something went wrong at the lab, you need to contact John Kerry, he has your brain. No wonder he still hasn't done anything! At least mine are funny. OK, you can lock down comments here too. ROFL

  • Thank God he's back! I've been carrying him all year on several teams. I couldn't resist him in the late rounds. I wish I could say I'm tearing it up this year, but that's not the case. I have two teams doing aright, and two are struggling. It doesn't help that I've been busy and haven't set my line-up several times. UGH! Good to see your still fighting the good fight Sarge!

  • Still avoiding your absurd assertion that the War on Drugs is a liberal thing? You know you got caught, and you can't get out of it. You got caught not reading the links you posted and helped make my case for me, and you can't get out of that either. Now you're trying to do a 180 on Ron Paul, and that won't work either. Did you go to the Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly School of Debate? Hurl insults and declare victory? Poor Sal.

  • You're done because you're losing. Your assertion that the War on Drugs was a liberal thing was blown out of the water, unless you want call Reagan a liberal that is. You post links that back up my assertion that the claim of racism against Ron Paul is a smear campaign. Way to go there Sal! And now, you want to use your column on Ron Paul as proof you think he's OK? You spent numerous comments attacking him, now you want to show you support him, is that it? You have nothing but insults and garbage. So, instead of defending yourself you want to tell me people will vouche for you and your cleverness? ROFL! The only person that thinks you got the best of me, is YOU, and perhaps a few of your cronies. I can assure you that anyone who knows what a debate is, knows you're losing. How about some more links that agree with me, that sure would be clever!

  • 2nd attempt to post this: Ah yes, the newsletter, it's been addressed time and again. Was it stupid to allow his name to be attached to newsletter without oversight? You betcha! From one of links YOU provided: "This is the second “paper” on the recent SMEAR (caps added) campaign against 2008 Presidential candidate Ron Paul. To see the other papers please visit the main page. These smears are formed by taking quotes out of newsletters, which were published, BUT NOT WRITTEN (caps added), by Ron Paul from 1978 to 1995." http://www.criticalreactor.com/2008/01/28/ron-paul-slanders-exposed-i-miss-the-closet It gets better... "When taken out of it’s proper context you would think the writer is saying that he detests the gay lifestyle so much that he believes that society would be better off with gays remaining in the closet. That they should be hidden from view because they are second class citizens. This is the intended purpose of the slanderer, to make it seem to be something it is not. The complete quote shows something quite different:" Did you read this, or did you just grab things you thought would back you up? This is a DEFENSE of Ron Paul, not an attack. Thanks for the assist Sal! Do you have anything that came out of his mouth, or was written by him? No you don't. xhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PvFLSwDvBUA (Remove the “x” I don’t think it likes this link) Yep, more insults, glad to see you're still intellectually bankrupt. Care to deal with assertion about the war on drugs now? I doubt it. Keep trying Sal, you'll keep helping me out.

  • Look who's talking! And if you check your comments, you were being pissy with someone who submitted a comment. I was trying to convince to drop that crap and defend your position instead of resorting to insults. It didn't work, You continue to pursue that strategy and it's unprofessional, even for this blog. "I'll light you up like a Xmas tree" vs "coward", "pussy", "idiot burn out" and your going to lecture me on respect? BLAH-HA-HA! You're a hoot. My comments are now subject to moderation, I find that funny. I guess signing in as "pee in 420's butt" is completely acceptable, but confronting you is not! ROFL!

  • Well, your spot on with this one, but I'm still waiting for to defend your position. This burn out idiot is the author of: Big Trouble in Little Washington Anatomy of a Crisis The myth of FDR, as well as a few others on Filibuster. Now that you know who you’re up against, defend your assertions! Or, will you simply resort to insults, accuse me of dodging questions you did not ask, while completely avoiding mine? I'm right here meeting you head-on! Will you run? I'll have to call a chicken-shit candy-ass if you do, and I'd be right. Please back up your assertion that Ron Paul is a racist and a homophobe with more than "I said so". Defend your assertion that the War on Drugs is a liberal thing. And, I WILL expose you for a nationalist, and you're going to help me do it! I will expose the inevitable contradictory statements that you most certainly will make. C'mon Sal, bring it! I'll tell you right now...you don't have the knowledge base for it. Maybe in a few years you might be able to give me a real debate, but right now, I'll light you up like a Xmas tree. I await your insults and complete lack of substance!

  • "Fact Ron Paul is a Republican!: By party affiliation alone, he's not a Republican and he would say so himself. He is self described Austro-libertarian. Do you know what that is? He's not a Republican. "The terms of neo cons and conservatives are not synonymous." Gee, you don't say...well, DUH! "ll major libertarians in modern American politics have come out of the republican party." Not true, some have, but there are plenty of liberals who made the switch. No one I know of started off as a libertarian. "The party is doing some huge revamping." Uh-huh. Right! Is this the same blind devotion I see from the left for the new Messiah? Yep, it is. You're setting yourself up for the same disappointment. Your party will do exactly what both parties ALWAYS do when in power, cater to lobbies and special interests. So much for ideals!

  • "The definition of conservatism is very broad but in essence has a few basic tenets that most conservatives will agree upon. Capitalism Less taxes Gun Rights Property Rights Less government Strong Defense" Yep, I would agree with all of those, I'm sure you had a point in there somewhere, what was it? "Libertarians and true conservatives" As a libertarian and I am a libertarian, you just called me a true conservative! I tell ya, you boys are a hoot! ROFL! Oh Sal, you said the War on Drugs was a liberal thing? Well, who revamped the law and created the Schedule 1 system? That was Nixon, and I think we can agree that Nixon was NO Conservative. Now, who brought the War on Drugs to its current incarnation? That would be Reagan. Was Reagan a Conservative? If you say yes, your argument that the War on Drugs is a liberal thing falls on its face. If you say no, then what the hell is a conservative? Sal contradiction #1, and there will be more! It's pretty funny that the ones hurling all of the insults are telling me to grow up. ROFL! How about defending your position instead of sophomoric debating tactics? "Do I think that many of our freedoms have been infringed upon as a result of “Security”. Absolutely" And? You’ve got it backwards by the way, libertarians are NOT true conservatives, but many true conservatives are libertarians, they just don't know it. News Flash! Your party has deserted you, and DOES NOT represent conservative values.

  • "Not only did you not answer my question about Conservatives" Where's the question? The only question you asked is if I listened to Alex Jones. Check your posts Sal, where's the question? You see, you have to ask a question to get an answer, Go ahead and ask it, and don't think for a second that I'll back away just because you ask one. You can rest assured I'll answer it. Still with the insults? You do realize you're looking like a fool with this stuff don't you? C/mon Sal! And back up your claims about Rom Paul's racism and homophobia while your at it. And if you wish to discuss Obama's tax plan, fine I'll do that too, though we'll probably both agree it's a loser, so I'm not sure what your goal is there. I'll take on ANY topic you care to take up, there's nothing you can bring up that I haven't debated many times over. Whattaya got for me Sal?

  • Like a liberal, when YOU run out of substance it's all about insults. Well, this idiot burnout can do better than high school debating tactics. Ron Paul a racist and a homophobe? LOL! Good luck backing that up with any but your words because it's not accurate. For all your talk about conservatism, when push comes to shove you show your true colors and pull out your neo-con death cult membership card. Nicely done! "Peace and commerce with all nations, entangling alliances with none". Ring a bell? I suppose you think Jefferson a whack-job too. 9/11 was a direct result of our Middle East foreign policy, but it in NO WAY justifies the murder of 3000 civilians on that day, any more than 9/11 justifies the massive civilian deaths that we have caused since then. Obams recently said if missiles were endangering his daughters, he would "do anything" to stop them. Gee, you think anyone else feels that way? It won't stop him from doing exactly what his predecessor did, but what else is new? I suppose if the roles were reversed, and you were sitting at home while bombs were raining down, you'd shrug and say, "Well, it's for the best!" Yeah, right! You're a nationalist, nothing more, nothing less. My team right or wrong isn't that right? Well, this idiot burnout has a better knowledge of history, economics, and government than you do and your blogs prove it. If all you have is hypocrisy and insults this is going to be a turkey shoot! Not going anywhere Sal, it takes more than insults and nationalist propaganda to do that!

  • Speaking of delusional! I'm neither a conspiracy theorists, nor do I believe everything I hear, but thanks again for playing blind man's bluff. Well, no kidding Obama is continuing ALL those policies. There was NO REAL CHOICE in this election. And there is only one member of Congress who ACTUALLY believes in limited government and individual liberty and his name is Ron Paul and he ISN'T a conservative. Looking forward to this debate, it's been a while since I chewed up a conservative, debating liberals gets old after a while.

  • "You only have to worry about surveillance if you’re a terrorist." Pull your head out of the sand! WAY WRONG ANSWER. This law has been turned on everyday Americans for ANYTHING. This is ALWAYS the case with such increases in police power. It is intended for one purpose, but quickly used for ALL purposes. I don't know who Alex Jones is, but thanks for playing. What the difference between a liberal and a conservative? There isn't one, they both seek to impose their will/vision/values on everyone else.
