Acura is looking to upgrade the experience for customers by adding a few oft-requested features as standard, starting with their 2010 lineup. Look forward to Bluetooth, XM Radio, and even iPod connectivity to all be included. This is definitely a sign of the times, as just about even mobile phone sold today supports Bluetooth, and that can only result in a bit more safety on the road.

Paula Abdul Continues to React to Stalker’s Death

There are both perks and peril associated with being a celebrity, and often the public gets to see both sides of the sordid tale. Reality shows and paparazzi depict some celebs, like Britney Spears, enjoying free swank and designer labels. The grim news often shows a darker side of celebrity love and obsession. American Idol judge Paula Abdul has experienced both sides of this coin, and she’s still shaken up by recent events.
Paula Goodspeed, 30, killed herself in front of Abdul’s California home just last month. The event occurred after Goodspeed reportedly stalked the star. After the suicide, Abdul released a statement to the press conveying “shocked and saddened” feelings.

Manage it with software, record up to 5 channels simultaneously, check out highlights, and preset channels. Add a microSD card and store MP3 or WMA files. You can also bookmark and purchase tunes from online music services. Users will also like the feature that automatically buffers the most recent half hour for easy replay. The XMp3 weighs only 3.1 oz. and is available for $249.99 after instant $30.00 rebate.

XM Radio’s portable XMp3 device appears in Popular Science

It’s rare that things like this get covered in print before they do online, but XM‘s upcoming XMp3 device is one of the exceptions. Appearing in the latest issue of Popular Science, the XMp3 has yet to receive an official release date or price. What we do know is that it can decode, and record, up to five XM stations at one time. That’s kind of cool, we guess, although radio recording isn’t really our thing (although, some of that O&A stuff can get pretty hilarious.) Once we know more, you’ll know more. For now, just know it’s on its way.
