Justin Theroux Plans Birthday Wedding to Jennifer Aniston

Justin Theroux will marry Jennifer Aniston on his birthday.
The couple will reportedly tie the knot on August 10 - two years to the day the actor proposed on his 41st birthday - after undergoing "months of therapy" to talk through their problems.
"After talking honestly, their issues seemed to evaporate. Justin admitted he hated the idea of an over-the-top wedding. Jen's happily agreed to a low-key do with friends and family. Jen's thrilled and Justin couldn't be happier," a source said.
Justin has reportedly agreed to relocate permanently from New York to Jennifer's Los Angeles home. "Jen doesn't like Justin going to NY alone and lunching with his ex-fiancee Heidi Bivens. But once she offered him space to script-write, Justin agreed to move his office to Los Angeles," the source continued.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin Had Therapy

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin had couples therapy before separating.
The couple - who are currently holidaying in the Bahamas with children Apple, nine, and Moses, seven - announced yesterday they were splitting, and friends say they brought in outside help to try and repair the cracks in their 11-year marriage.
"They really tried to make the marriage work, but sometimes it's best to not be married. They know that about each other now. They have worked really hard for a year or more, going to therapy, trying to make it work - and she's been more honest than ever about how hard marriage is - but they just decided it was best to not be together anymore as a couple," a source said.
Despite the news, the Iron Man star was seen out publicly with the Coldplay frontman several times earlier this year and they even sang together at a recent charity event in aid of their children's Los Angeles school, performing "Cruisin," her song with Huey Lewis in 2000 movie Duets. "She called the event chair to say she'd like to sing with Chris," a source said.

Chris Brown Leaves Rehab

Chris Brown has left rehab.
The 24-year-old star is no longer staying at a treatment facility in Malibu, California, where he was seeking help in order to "gain focus and insight" into his previous behavior to enable him to pursue his life and career from a "healthier vantage point."
"'Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area. He appreciates all of your encouragement and support," Brown's representative said.
The "Forever" hitmaker was receiving lots of psychological counseling in rehab after acknowledging he has a major anger management problem. Chris voluntarily checked himself into the center days after he was arrested for assault following an incident where he allegedly punched a man outside a hotel on October 27.

Khloe Kardashian Seeing a Marriage Counselor

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are seeking couples counseling.
The couple, whose four-year marriage has been rocked by allegations he cheated on her and has been battling an addiction to crack cocaine, have reportedly been visiting a prominent Beverly Hills therapist in a bid to iron out their problems.
"It was very emotional; they spoke about all of their issues. Khloe still loves and cares about him, but healing will take a long time," a source said. An insider also revealed that Lamar, 34, is "doing so much better," as he is "clean and has gained 20 pounds."
The couple put on a united front for the first time in months at Khloe's mother Kris Jenner's 58th birthday party last week. "It was just close family and friends. Lamar and Khloe are actually getting on very well and were couple-y together. It was very intimate and everyone was really pleased to spend time with them," a source revealed.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Therapy Sessions

Jimmy Kimmel has therapy twice a week. The talk show host has regular chats with his therapist through iChat and he says the sessions have helped him accept his flaws in life.
"I've learned that anxiety affects almost every decision I make. I've learned about boundaries, though I still have trouble enforcing them. I have a hard time saying no to people. I've learned that most arguments have little to do with what you're arguing about - that what people want most is to know they're being heard. Through most of my life, my goal was to 'win' an argument. I was missing the point. That realization has been a great help to me. And I will fight to the death any man who dares say it hasn't."
However, Jimmy admits he still finds it hard to relax when he's not working as he can always find something to do. "Overall I enjoy life, but I also have too much work to do. Whenever I'm relaxing I feel like I'm being lazy - that there's something I need to attend to," he told Playboy.

Sofia Vergara in Couples Therapy?

Sofia Vergara and her fiance Nick Loeb are reportedly in therapy.
The Modern Family actress - who got engaged last July - is said to have started counseling with her businessman beau as she wants to iron out any of their issues before they tie the knot, after they were caught up in a New Year's Eve nightclub row with one of her fans, which resulted in him being thrown out.
"She decided they needed professional help before she would walk down the aisle. They had their first session over the phone - and so far, so good!" a source close to the 40 year-old Colombian star said.
Nick was kicked out of exclusive Miami hotspot Story on New Year's Eve after a heated argument broke out in the VIP area when Sofia posed for a photograph with a fan. Nick got into a row with a nearby table and after a scuffle broke out security guards grabbed him and threw him out of the back door of the club with Sofia following him out. Sofia was quick to forgive Nick when the were out of the club and the pair retired back to their hotel room but she reportedly insisted they start therapy together as soon as they returned to Los Angeles.

Pamela Anderson is going back to therapy.
The former Baywatch babe - who was the first voted off UK TV show Dancing on Ice last night - says she is planning to return to her long-standing therapist after enduring a tough few years.
"I've had some interesting therapists. I haven't been in a long time. I probably should go back. I've been working non-stop, digging myself out of a construction hole. The house just enveloped me financially and I didn't know how to handle it. It happens to a lot of people in Hollywood. It was a very stressful couple of years. I still owe the taxes but I'm working on that. I'm paying that off monthly. I was in a bizarre situation with a former business manager. I don't want to blame anyone. I want to put it behind me and move forward," said Pamela, who was left virtually broke after building her dream home before being given a huge tax bill.

Lady Gaga’s Tour to Offer Free Therapy

Always one to try something bold and socially helpful, Lady Gaga announced that her upcoming Born This Way Ball shows will provide free counseling sessions to attendees who seek it.
Therapists will be available at a pre-show "tailgating experience" on the BornBrave Bus, which will also feature food, games, and DJ sets from Lady Starlight.
"BornBrave Bus Is a place where mental health + depression are taken seriously w/ no judgement, FREE real help available to all... I feel like most kids don't look for help because they feel embarrassed so mom + I wanted to break the stigmas around 'help' and make it fun," Gaga wrote on her Facebook.
In light of recent shootings and the LGBT community's continuing struggle for acceptance in some areas, Gaga's spotlight on mental health is quite admirable.
The Born This Way Ball kicks off in Vancouver on January 11.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick Still in Therapy

The showbiz couple - who have two-year-old son Mason and are currently expecting their second child - admit they do not have the "perfect" relationship and believe the advice of professionals has helped them stay strong.
"He's grown so much over the years. I love seeing him as a dad - he's great with Mason - and I'm not saying that we're perfect. We go to therapy, which helps us a lot. I think we're always working to better ourselves, which I think a lot of people can do. I could go into the therapy session despising him, but by the time I leave - even if he's not in there - I feel like I understand him so much more," she said.
Scott has been with Kourtney for much of the last five years, but is still unsure if he "deserves" someone as good as her. "She's pretty fantastic and doesn't do much wrong. It would make my life easier if she made mistakes. I probably don't deserve such a good person, but she makes me better, so in that sense I do deserve that," he told Oprah Winfrey.
Victoria Beckham Confesses to Therapy Sessions

Victoria Beckham has undergone therapy. The fashion designer - whose 11-year-marriage to soccer player David Beckham has been marred by unsubstantiated claims of infidelity - trusts her spouse completely but feels she needs some help turning her anger into something positive.
"Haven't most people at some time or other? I don't know if I'm balanced or deluded. I don't mean about David - him, I trust completely because we're both such talkers - but I'm quite spiritual. I'd rather turn anger into energy," she said when asked whether she has ever turned to therapy.
However, the 36-year-old star - who has sons Brooklyn,11, Romeo, eight, and five-year-old Cruz with 35-year-old David - admitted she tries not to care about what people say about her, otherwise she would have been driven to suicide "years ago."
"It's never nice when people write hurtful things and as much as I say I don't see it, I'm not stupid. But I've seen both sides of fame and I realize that it's brought me a lot of opportunities. I suppose if I really cared what people say I'd have topped myself years ago."
