Recycling doesn’t get much cleverer than this. The folks at Kotomi took an original Nintendo game system and shoved it into a Super Mario Brothers cartridge. If you have ever taken one of them apart, you know that there is not that much to its innards to begin with, but we still applaud this prototype that has a has a finite on/off switch, a reset button, a power Del, 2 joystick ports, a port Famicom cartridge, a video output and stereo audio, and 6V input power.

You want to redecorate your backyard but still maintain the fact that you live for Nintendo as far back as the original Gameboys. How about some bricks to liven up your yard? The creator had arranged them into a wall and in the ground back in 2006 and claims that they are still intact, unlike most of those portable gaming systems. Each one is $45.00 apiece, fairly pricey for something that just lies there. But we figure you can always turn your front bushes into leafy Mario Brothers to match.
