Considering that the number of repeated stress injury cases in the United States are caused by the use of a computer mouse, it is nice to see companies make hands-free mice.  This is the SmartNav 4 EG infared mouse controller works: all you need to do is put the device atop of your monitor, and it will track a reflective spot on the user’s glasses, hat, or forehead.  So how do you click the mouse?  With a keyboard key, the voice, or a USB foot and hand switch.  You should be able to get it for about $399.
