James Franco: Lindsay Lohan Lied About Her Sex List

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Hook-ups, Rumors,

Lindsay Lohan and James FrancoJames Franco has accused Lindsay Lohan of lying about having had sex with him.

The 127 Hours actor, who is featured on the star's rumored list of 36 sexual conquests, which also includes Fifty Shades of Grey star Jamie Dornan and Justin Timberlake, insists he has never slept with the actress but has written about her and other celebrities in a new poetry book.

"No, I didn't write anything bad about them. And Lindsay herself has told lies about me with her people-she's-slept-with list! So I feel like what I said is much less than what she's said," he said in an interview.

The 27-year-old star reportedly left a list of all the men she has slept with behind in a LA hotel bar after writing it to show off to a group of friends. Although five of the names have still not been revealed, the list includes actor Colin Farrell, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, Zac Effron, Ashton Kutcher and the late Heath Ledger, as well as British stars and entrepreneurs.

A.J. Burnett Lies About Hand Injury

Posted by Adrien Griffin Categories: Athletes, Injuries, MLB,

A.J. BurnettA.J. Burnett is having a tough season. It continued in his latest start on Saturday, when he went two innings against the Tampa Bay Rays. After the second, he disappeared into the clubhouse only to return with a cut above his right hand which he told Yankees manager Joe Girardi that he fell down stairs and ended up staying in the game for two more batters. Afterwards, he admitted he lied to the manager and said he really cut his hand when he slammed open double doors with a Plexiglas cover.

Burnett took ownership and apologized for lying to Girardi, but that may have had as much to do with maturity as it does his wearing a Yankees uniform. Frankly said, the Yankees will not tolerate that behavior. Things might have been different if he were still in Florida or Toronto or anywhere else for that matter, but he is a New York Yankee and excellence is not only the goal of everybody in the organization, it is also expected.

Burnett is no stranger to injuries, having landed on the DL almost a dozen times in his career, but none have been quite like this. Luckily for him, the cut is just above the wrist and not on his fingers. If so, he could really have had some difficulty holding the baseball. Regardless though, the two hitters he threw to after taking the mound in the third both reached base. At that point, Girardi came out with the hook.

It is hard to love a guy like Burnett. His dragon-like behavior is as temperamental as his arm and you never quite know what he’s going to be like both on the mound and off. Saturday was one of those double-bad days as his arm got him into trouble then his attitude made it worse before his arm completely derailed him. Burnett isn’t supposed to miss his next start, but there will be some hard looks going his way when he does take the mound again, and he’ll deserve every one of them.

Chevy Volt’s 230 MPG too good to be true

Chevy Volt's 230 MPG a little too much

Maybe I’m just getting sick of seeing those ads with the smiley-faced electrical outlet, but I figured that the 230 MPG touted for the Volt seemed a little too good to be true.

As it turns out, someone at Chevrolet is playing with numbers.  According to DVICE:

Essentially, the Volt can drive 40 miles on battery power before kicking in the gas engine. So if you drive 10 miles, you’ll get infinite miles per gallon. If you drive 50 miles, you’ll get 250 miles per gallon. But if you drive 300 miles, you’ll be down to 62.5 miles per gallon.

This is hardly 230 MPG.  Would the electrical outlet be frowning if it knew the real truth?

TiVo Lying To VIP Customers About Series3 Orders

TiVo Series3 LiesYou know how TiVo released the new Series3 DMR on it’s site a few days ago, apparently allowing people to get their hands on one earlier than they would be able to get one at retail? Oh, and the whole “if you buy direct from TiVo, then you can transfer an older lifetime subscription for $199”? It turns out TiVo has seemingly duped us all on both fronts and more.

So-called TiVo “VIPs” placed their orders for their Series3 units with the knowledge that they would be getting the units earlier, and that it was the only way to transfer a lifetime subscription. Nice service to offer to your most loyal of customers. However, the fiasco that followed has nothing nice about it. Get the full scoop after the jump.
