Nokia Lumia 928 outed in Vanity Fair

Nokia Lumia 928 low light pureview

We've been keeping tabs on the Nokia Lumia 928 for a while, but it has never been confirmed in any official capacity until today. The Lumia 928 quietly made an appearance in a two-page advertisment spread in Vanity Fair, as well as on a simple page on the Nokia Web site. It appears that the 928 is focusing on the camera:

Nokia exclusive PureView technology, with Optical Image Stabilization and high-end Carl Zeiss optics let you capture and share amazing blur-free photos and videos, even in low light conditions.

As expected, Verizon Wireless will be the carrier for the Lumia 928. Expect a nice, official unveiling to take place a week from today, on May 14th. We aren't expecting the internals to be too different from the Nokia Lumia 920.

Samsung Galaxy S 4 Leak

It appears that someone has been naughty and wants to spoil the party by uploading videos of the new Samsung Galaxy S IV smartphones before the launch tonight in New York City.

The first video highlights floating touch, which I presume allows the user to manipulate the screen without making physical contact. The feature was first introduced by Sony's Xperia Sola last year. Check out all four videos after the break.

iPad 5 rear shell leaked, matches iPad mini style?

Posted by Jason Diaz Categories: Apple, Handhelds, Rumors,

iPad 5 leak

This is the alleged iPad 5 back plate, and as you can see, it's similar in design to the iPad mini's rear shell. At the present moment, the leaked parts are not 100% substantiated as actual parts designed by Apple or made by their manufacturing partners, but nothing is ever confirmed until Apple takes the stage and makes an announcement. The report from 9to5Mac also claims that the thinness almost matches the iPad mini, an impressive feat. For many, it is somewhat obvious that Apple would follow the similar trend of the new iPhone 5 and iPad mini design for the 5th generation iPad, as they're Jonathan Ive creations; and as witnessed in the past, this is the time of year when leaked parts that end up being true start appearing.

BlackBerry z10 leak

Research In Motion's BlackBerry 10 mobile OS, formally QNX, has been widely publicized; however, little is known about RIM's other ability, hardware, until now. A video has been posted to YouTube of an iPhone-esque phone with a BlackBerry logo allegedly dub the BlackBerry Z10. To be clear, this is not the demo units that were given to developers for the purpose of making apps and taking the OS for a spin. Perhaps, this is a unit that is slated for mass production? We will soon find out as RIM has an event scheduled for later this month. Until then, check out the video leak.

New BlackBerry 10 Screenshots show voice recognition, updated UI

BlackBerry 10 home screen

BlackBerry 10 is nearing its debut, and more screenshots have come out showing what's new in the BB10 operating system.

From the newest screenshots posted on Tihnte, it appears the BB10 is taking a book out of Apple's playbook and incorporating a smart voice assistant. Voice commands were announced earlier, and the screenshots show you will definitely be able to make dictations, but other functionality, if any at all, is unknown.

The screenshots also showcase BB10's Twitter client, which doesn't stray to far from the iOS and Android comfort zones. There's also some looks at the BlackBerry Hub and new visual stylings of the BB10.

Bubba the Love Sponge: Hulk Hogan Leaked His Own Sex Tape

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Television, Sex Tapes,

Heather Clem and her estranged husband Bubba the Love SpongeBubba the Love Sponge has implied that Hulk Hogan leaked his own sex tape.

The DJ lashed out at his former best friend - who can be seen cavorting with Bubba's estranged wife Heather Clem in the video - and thinks the "self-centred" wrestler could have released the footage for publicity.

Speaking on his radio show, Bubba - who is believed to feature at the end of the tape bragging about how he could sell the footage - said, "I'm gonna be honest with you, I have not seen the tape... including me supposedly bragging and being a horse's ass. At the end of the day, I can't even comment on the validity... [Hulk] could have had something to do with the leak of it."

Hulk is suing Bubba and Heather for $100 million, claiming they filmed him without his consent. However, Bubba issued a reminder to Hulk live on air, saying, "Nobody put a gun to your head" and insisted it was consensual.
