Zlio Helps You Sell

If you are a budding entrepreneur but find that CafePress is too large to cope with, consider Zlio. The site launched originally in France in 2006, but arrived in the States this past January. You simply create a shop (or 50 of them,) and name it, choose a template, and feature products that you think would sell, such as electronics, clothing, toys, or this one that features its own category. It even caught the attention of Reuters.

By now there are over 200,000 online shops, but if you get creative, you can make a few bucks from commissions. You don’t have to buy your own products first or obtain a license, you only need to select what you want from more than 120 merchants featuring over 3 million products. Zlio’s founder and CEO Jeremie Berrebi says it best, “It’s the Tupperware party concept gone online.”
