Charlie Sheen: I Can See Ghosts

Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen claims he can see dead people. The Anger Management star believes that he has started to see the ghosts of dearly departed friends during visits to their grieving families. Charlie revealed that in recent months he has had two eerie encounters that he cannot explain.

"When my friend (writer) Zalman King died, I went to comfort his widow, Pat. We were making a toast and I saw Zalman, who'd been dead for four hours, dance through the background. It was a trip. Another dear friend of mine, Stephanie, her father died. I was at her house, and he walked past me on the stairwell one day... I know it was him. I just accept stuff like that and don't try to figure it out. I saw these people."

Pete Doherty Haunted By Amy Winehouse

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Music, Drugs,

Amy Winehouse and Pete DohertyPete Doherty believes that he is being haunted by Amy Winehouse. The 32-year-old singer was close pals with the "Rehab" hitmaker before her death from alcohol poisoning in July, and he has become so concerned her ghost is now floating around his London home he has gone to Paris to escape the spectre.

"He is utterly convinced that he has seen her ghost. A lot of people will think his visions are probably drug-induced but he claims he is clean," said a friend of the Babyshambles singer.

Pete, however, is so worried about the alleged apparition he is refusing to come back from his French break. During a recent London concert, Pete revealed he had written a song for Amy but he never got a chance to record it with her. Introducing the song, the former Libertines frontman said, "Amy Winehouse asked me a while ago if I had written any new songs. I played her something, and when I had finished, she looked at me and said, 'Is that it? Is that all you've got?'"

Robbie WilliamsRobbie Williams is being haunted by the ghost of King Henry VIII’s last wife.

The “Angels” singer is convinced the $11.5 million mansion he shares with his girlfriend Ayda Field is inhabited by the spirit of , the infamous British monarch’s sixth and final spouse. But while he often “feels the presence” of Catherine - who once lived on the estate in Wiltshire, South West England - Williams is never frightened.

“I think there are ghosts. I haven’t seen or heard anything. I’ve definitely felt something but it’s not scary. I’m very, very pleased to say,” the 35-year-old explained. “It’s Catherine’s Parr’s old house. In fact, we’re actually not in the old house, we’re in her barn.”

The International Ghost Hunt is Back On

Ghost Hunters If you noticed a dismal lack of spooky thrills and chills this Wednesday evening, it’s probably because no new episode of aired to put us in touch with the paranormal. Sadly, the show will not return with fresh fear until September. In the meantime, you’ll just have to remain content with the show’s spin-off: Ghost Hunters International.

This European version of the show premiered on the in January, and though it scored the highest premiere ratings any reality show on SciFi has ever seen (including its parent program), only seven episodes aired before the fourth season of Ghost Hunters premiered to sweep International back under the rug. Now, the original is out of new episodes. It’s time for the B crew to shine again.

Ghost Hunters: Season Four Begins

Ghost HuntersGhost Hunters International, the European version of SciFi Channel’s popular Ghost Hunters series, was an interesting diversion (and a very lucrative one for the channel), but I must admit I’ve been on pins and needles waiting for the “real” Ghost Hunters to start. Wednesday night, my wait will finally end

Jason, Grant, and the TAPS team are back on the hunt again, and the fourth season of the show will premiere March 5 at 9 pm. The team will trek out to Philadelphia to investigate Fort Mifflin and supposed paranormal happenings located within. Those TAPS members absent from the International episodes - including Steve and Tango - will finally be back on the small screen with more debunking, disproving, and possible ghost-finding. It all starts tonight!

Don’t Put Yourself in a ‘Paranormal State’

Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Reality, Sci-Fi/Horror, Cable, Editorial,

Paranormal StateTurn to the network, even the , and you’ll find shows that take you behind the world of plain and into the unknown. Sure, it’s easy to be skeptical. It’s easy to be a cynic. What’s it not easy to do is believe – not when you’re dealing with television, a vehicle concerned with big and special effects. But A&E’s has already turned some non-believers into paranormal investigators…whether they wanted it that way or not.

Executives and show producers involved with the documentary series have said they’ve witnessed paranormal activity for themselves by virtue of their involvement with the show. Reports include EVP (electronic voice phenomenon), otherworldly mists, and cold chills. The series debuted last week, becoming the most-watched premiere for the channel in the last 3 years. Undoubtedly some of those numbers arrive from an overall lack of television choices, the result of the ongoing .

The entire crew wore St. Benedict medals (which were dipped in “holy water”) while shooting. Good thinking. If a ghost comes after me with a glint in its eye, I’m going to reach right for the nearest talisman. That oughtta help. One person tied to the series calls it “emotional and compelling and real.” Pardon my cynicism, but we are still talking about a TV show here. Like the news, reality TV has to worry about ratings, too.
