First, it'll check for security updates from Apple each day, and gives you the option of having the updates installed automatically or after you restart your Mac. Mountain Lion launches next month on the Mac App Store.

Season Premiere of ‘Battlestar Galactica’ Debuts in Theaters

Battlestar Galactica

Those who have been eagerly awaiting Season 4 of may have the chance to see the show in a whole new way.  The two-hour debut episode, Razor, will hit select movie theaters on November 12th—almost two weeks before its boob tube premiere. 

The free screenings, co-sponsored by Microsoft, will be available to fans (17 or older) in only eight cities: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Boston, Dallas and Seattle.

Razor, a ‘flashback’ episode that will include the return of Admiral Cain, will then make its small screen debut on Nov. 24th.  Ten days later, an unrated version of the episode will also become available via DVD.
