Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart leaving dinnerRobert Pattinson and were spotted enjoying a romantic meal in Hollywood on Saturday.

The co-stars - who are believed to have been dating since meeting on the set of first movie in the vampire franchise in 2008 - surprised diners with their affectionate display at Soho House restaurant.

“They were staring at each other throughout dinner and kept stealing quick kisses from one another during the night. Rob’s arm was around her for most of dinner and they kept looking at each other and giggling throughout the evening. They are definitely into each other,” an onlooker said.

The source added that despite being joined by a large group of friends, the pair didn’t leave each other’s sides all night, while a smitten Robert only had eyes for his girlfriend.

“They were by each other’s sides the entire night. After dinner, Rob, Kristen and their friends moved to the patio where the group was smoking and the guys were drinking. Everyone was laughing and having a good time together, but you could tell Rob was doting on Kristen and making sure she was comfortable. They were next to each other everywhere the group went,” the onlooker added.

Jennifer Aniston Enjoying the Single Life

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Television, Dating, Hook-ups, Rumors,

Jennifer Aniston has enjoyed her second romantic date this week.

After being spotted having a cozy dinner with ‘s ex boyfriend Harry Morton earlier in the week, The Switch actress went for an intimate meal with Cougar Town actor Josh Hopkins on Thursday and onlookers claim the pair only had eyes for each other.

“As he talked, Jen listened to him attentively - not taking her eyes off of him. Then as Jen talked, he did the same in return. It was as if the two were the only ones in the room,” said a witness at the Madeo restaurant in Los Angeles.

The 41-year-old actress - who was recently linked to her ex-boyfriend singer John Mayer - was said to be very comfortable with Josh as she drank a glass of white wine, water, and munched on half a salad.

“Jen managed to crack him up a few good times. She seemed comfortable enough to reapply her lip gloss right in front of him,” the onlooker added to America’s OK! Magazine.
However Jennifer - who along with her date was dressed in white - tried to keep a low profile: “The typically shy Jen wore her sun-kissed hair down with her layers disguising her face, and faced the back exit of the restaurant that was away from the majority of the establishment.”

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Upcoming, Announcements,

Mind Camp 6.0 is coming up in two weeks, and it looks like we still need a local Seattle company to help us sponsor dinner for the event. If you represent a company, feel free to contact us. If you’re an attendee and think your company fits, please point them to us. Meanwhile, we continue our search. We definitely want to be able to provide dinner at the event like we’ve done in the past! Worst case scenario, we will break for a couple of hours in the evenings to let attendees grab food locally.

Recipe: The Perfect Protein, Rice and Beans

perfect-protein

Beans and rice, rice and beans. Endorsed by scores of nations worldwide, beans and rice provides a balance of protein and carbs that can hardly be beat (not to mention the combination creates a very thrifty meal). Add some chicken for an extra protein bump and some salsa for flavor, and you have a dinner that’s quick, healthy and delish.

This recipe came to me via the print edition of Clean Eating magazine, which I highly endorse.

Recipe: Sauteed Corn, Spinach, and Green Beans

Sauteed corn, spinach, and green beansI prefer to have vegetables prepared with every dinner that I serve my family, so it is nice to come across a recipe that is easy to prepare while the entree is cooking away. True, the kids may pick and choose which veggie is their favorite, as my 4-year-old would, but I enjoy all three as I hope your family will. This recipe calls for frozen vegetables to save time, but I always love to use fresh when given the choice…up to your preference.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pkg. 10 oz. frozen corn kernels
  • 1 pkg. 10 oz. frozen cut green beans
  • 5 oz. fresh baby spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • coarse salt and ground pepper

Preparation:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high, add corn and green beans, and cook about 4-6 minutes, until green beans are warmed through. Next add the thyme and spinach, seasoning with salt and pepper. Toss until spinach is wilted, about 1-2 minutes, then stir in the vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve in a bright dish for added pizazz.

Why Was Britney Eating With Mel Gibson?

Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Movies, Music, Rumors,

I don’t even think this is a scenario the best screenwriters could have ever imagined.

This past weekend, the Studio City area of Los Angeles was the location for quite an unusual gathering.  On Saturday, pop star had dinner with….Mel Gibson.  The stars - who both have ties to the Malibu area - dined amongst a larger group.

As for why the two were meeting, TMZ reports that their personal troubles may have given something to bond over.  Sources also claim that this is not the first time they’ve chatted.  The actor and his family apparently reached out to the troubled singer during her low points.  (Apparently they understand how fame can drive you to speak in random British accents or spit out anti-Semitic remarks.)

While it’s not known what the two were talking about on this particular occasion, we can report a bit of a good news:  Britney wasn’t driving.  The bad news?  She didn’t bother dressing up for the occasion. (She was still wearing those darn boots!)
