Transcend has two new digital photo frames, the PF810W (white) and PF810B (black.) While most companies offer frames that are basically similar, these have LED lit touch-sensitive interfaces built into the frames. The 810 is an 8-inch 800x600 (4:3) color TFT LCD panel with 2GB of built-in flash and can handle JPG and BMP formats. Choose from slide show or single shot mode. It also has Automatic Orientation Sensor and NaturaTone skin color processing, as well as being equipped with an MP3 player, alarm clock, calendar and an FM tuner.

Inkel Releases Wide Touch GPS

Inkel GPS W-700

Inkel has unveiled its Wide Touch GPS W-700 series in Korea. With a Dual Core CPU (360MHz to 300MHz), it has a 7-inch Samsung Digital TFT LCD with 800 x 400 WVGA, 128MB DDR SDRAM, and a SiRF III chipset. The navigational unit has the curiously sounding “Mappy United” software, and cleverly works as a text viewer and digital photo frame when not busy finding your way home. The W-700 model is available for 479,000 KRW (~$510.00) and 500,000 KRW (~$532.00) for the W-700B.
