Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Models,
Kate Moss insists she has bad clothes days "just like anyone else."
The 38-year-old supermodel - who is regularly referred to as one of the most beautiful women in the world - revealed she often leaves her garments "strewn all over the floor" on days when she doesn't know what to wear.
"God, yes! Just like anyone else I have bad days and leave clothes strewn all over the floor. Just ask my friends," she said when asked if she ever has bad clothes days.
But even when the stunning star is unsure about what to put on, Kate knows she can always rely on styling herself in jeans, jackets and trouser suits because she believes that look suits her the most: "I love the jeans, jackets and trouser suits. I think it's a look that works well for me."
Kate revealed supermodels Christy Turlington and Canadian beauty Linda Evangelista were her biggest modeling inspirations when she was growing up: "When I started it was Christy Turlington and Linda Evangelista. I love Twiggy and Jean Shrimpton too."

Lindsay Lohan ‘Sells Clothes to Raise Cash’
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Clothing, Rumors,
Lindsay Lohan has reportedly sold a "truck load" of clothes in a bid to make some money. The 25-year-old actress is apparently so cash-strapped following numerous stints in rehab that she has decided to sell off her designer clothes and accessories.
"Lindsay's got zero income and a shed-load of bills. She's so desperate for cash she took a truck load of designer clothes, shoes and bags to Los Angeles' Crossroads Trading Company, who agreed a price of $14,000 for the lot. She needed a huge lorry to transport it all to the company's head office," a source said.
Lohan hopes to make a comeback with her role as Elizabeth Taylor in Lifetime movie Liz and Dick - and has even ruled out dating while she gets her career back on track: "Lindsay wants to devote all her spare time to reading the script and getting Liz's persona down pat rather than focus on a new relationship."
She also wants to put her troubled past behind her and regain the trust of the public and entertainment industry: "People can say things all they want, but I think I still need to go through the process of proving myself. I could see where it could be scary for people to invest in me. And I don't want people to have that reason to be scared anymore," Lindsay said.
Russell Brand Steals Katy’s Clothes
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Music,
Russell Brand wears Katy Perry's clothes. The British comedian and actor confesses he likes wearing his wife's garments, even in public, attending a recent yoga class in a small T-shirt and sweatpants borrowed from her.
"He admitted he was wearing Katy's clothes and that she doesn't mind. He said, 'Women's clothes fit better!' and added, 'What's hers is mine!'" a classmate said.
Russell - famous for wearing skinny jeans and make-up - has previously admitted to stealing garments from Katy before they got married in India in October 2010: "I take anything of hers that I find lying about. I'm wearing a t-shirt of hers and a sock that's so small my toes are scrunched up."
The couple are currently preparing to return to India for a romantic break over New Year as they have spent so much time apart recently, with Katy on her California Dreams World Tour and Russell working on various film projects. "As part of Katy's birthday present, Russell booked a trip to the Aman resort in New Delhi for New Year. Katy's schedule is jam packed right until the end of the year. They plan to spend Christmas in Britain with Russell's mother and then fly to India on holiday," a source said.
Orange Sound Charge shirt charges your phone using sound waves
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Accessories, Smartphones, Wearables,
Phones can run out of juice at the worst times. Orange, a French telecom giant, has been working on a shirt that can convert sound waves into electrical energy.
The shirt, dubbed Sound Charge, is a charging dock for mobile phones. According to the press release, the shirt works by "reversing the use of a product called piezoelectric film".
Piezoelectricity produces electricity from pressure. The shirt uses an "A4 panel of the modified film" to absorb sound waves which are then converted into an electrical charge "via the compression of interlaced quartz crystals." That charge is then fed to a reservoir battery which transfers the charge to the phone.
The shirt was developed in time for the Glastonbury festival this week. Orange will be conducting live tests of the shirt during the musical performances to help determine which bands "are the best to charge to".

Quote of the Day: Miley Cyrus Defends Her Wardrobe
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Music, Child Stars, Clothing, Fashion Police, Style,
“I’m not trying to be ‘slutty.’ I’m not trying to be, like, go to the club and get a bunch of guys. What I’m trying to do is make a point with my record and look consistent, in the way my record sounds and the way I dress… I feel more comfortable dressing with a little less, which is just how I’ve always been… Now I’m able to do that a little more freely and, also, I’ve just grown up to be this way too. It’s not like this was me five years ago. It’s me now, presently… That’s not what I’m trying to do to sell records. I want people to buy my record because of my music.”

Jennifer Aniston Wants Men in Tighty-Whities
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Universal, Romance, Comedy, Celeb News, Celebrity Gossip,
Fellows, listen up: Jennifer Aniston likes men to wear “tighty-whities.”
The 40-year-old actress, who is divorced from Brad Pitt and is rumored to be dating Gerard Butler, hates it when guys don baggy underwear, preferring to see them in skintight briefs.
“I like tighty-whities on a man. Not boxers. I don’t like boxers. Boxer briefs.”
Jennifer is just as adamant about the clothing she likes to see on women, and is even considering bringing out a fashion range to make her chosen style more readily available: “I’d love to do a bathing suit line. I always have a hard time finding a good bathing suit and so I usually end up tailoring bathing suits. You should be able to mix and match your bottoms. For men, I like surf shorts. I think that’s beautiful.”
Jennifer can soon be seen on the big screen in Love Happens, about a widower who writes a book about coping with grief which becomes a bestseller, in which she has a terrible date with co-star Aaron Eckhart.

Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Movies, Clothing, Fashion Police, Style, Rumors,
Apparently Big Love star Chloë Sevigny is returning to her fashion roots. She recently made several remarks in an interview, heavily speaking about her desire to design a luxury line.
“I’d like to do something with a high-end company. You know, the way that Sofia Coppola did with Louis Vuitton. I thought it was very cool. There were no labels on anything. I like that. I prefer it,” she told the interviewer.
When asked by WWD about who she would like to collaborate with, she laughed at her far-reaching answer: “Hermès, maybe? That might be reaching a little high. Actually, NaNa would be a great collaboration!”

Justin Timberlake: Most Stylish?
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Movies, Music, Clothing, Style,
I’ve always found singer/actor Justin Timberlake’s fashion choices to be questionable at best, but GQ has a different opinion. Timberlake as been named the most stylish on the magazine’s list of “10 Most Stylish Men in America.”
Timberlake scored the honor thanks to his risky fashion and eye for trends (odd, because some of his hats were over in the 1940s). Other men on the list include Kanye West and T.I.

A fat girl’s shopping Hell
Posted by Colleen McKie Categories: Advice, Editorials, Fashion, Humor,
Okay, I am what you might call pleasantly plump. By no means a size two, or even a size six, I have some extra meat on my bones. But that doesn’t mean that I don’t like looking good. But what it does mean is that I have grown to hate shopping.
Remember the days when a size 14 was a size 14, not a size 12? Or a large was actually large, not walking doll size? I remember those days and I long for them again. It’s hard enough being overweight without walking into a shop to get a new outfit and leaving the store an hour later, crying. Really. A word to the wise all you designers out there: wanna make women buy more clothes? Then make a size 16, not a size 12. I try on pants and they are a size 12 and fit? I’m taking them home! I have to squeeze my butt into a size 16 and can’t get them zippered up? You can be sure that I’m not going to want to go up to a size 18. And I leave feeling bad about myself and wanting chocolate.
And don’t even get me going on bras. I don’t understand how I can fit into a 38DD, 36DD and 40D depending on the bra style. Now, I’m no math wiz, but isn’t 38 inches always 38 inches? If so, then why are all the sexy 38 inch bras way too small? I honestly don’t get it. And I’m getting sick of my granny braziers.
When my husband goes shopping this is how it goes: he walks into the store, sees something he likes, finds his size and walks out of the store. No trying on, no comparing sizes, nothin’. In and out. I’d love to shop like that. But since I currently have jeans ranging from size 11 to 16 in my closet, I have to try everything on. He couldn’t understand why I would go out shopping, be gone for hours, and come home empty-handed and miserable. Then I took him with me one day. After four hours of me trying clothes on and showing him each piece, we left and he bought me some jewelery. Now he understands.
Kim Kardashian and the Ill-Fitting Pants
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Television, Clothing, Fashion Police,
Yes, yes - we already know: Kim Kardashian’s got a butt. And we all know how much she supposedly hates talking about it.
But could someone please tell the Dancing with the Stars contestant to put on some better-fitting pants so that we could avoid looking at it?
