Jennifer Lopez Gives Birth to Twins

Ladies and gents, the moment has finally come. Jennifer Lopez will now finally have to admit that she is the mother of twins.
People reports that the singer/actress and hubby Marc Anthony welcomed both a son and a daughter very early Friday morning. Baby Girl Anthony weighed in at a healthy 5 lbs. 7oz. Her younger brother was a slightly larger 6 lbs.
The deliveries, which were confirmed by Lopez’s manager, happened shortly after midnight in Long Island, NY.
These two are the first children for Jennifer. Meanwhile, the latest additions bring Anthony’s total up to five.

Is Where the Wild Things Are Scaring Children?

Scores of parents have used Where the Wild Things Are to help put their children to sleep. Unfortunately, a viewing of Spike Jonze‘s film adaptation could reportedly leave those same children with a few nightmares.
Jonze, the Oscar-nominated director behind Being John Malkovich, has been in the process of bringing Maurice Sendak’s children’s book to the big screen. Unfortunately, poor test screenings may have forced Warner Bros. to push the film’s release date to 2009.
According to internet reports, children were so frightened by the scary images, they left the theater crying. (Well that’s no good.) One tester supposedly said, “The things are not cute. Max comes off a bit weird and off-putting. He slaps his mom! And he seems confused and not charming at all.”
Well, if it makes Spike feel any better, I thought Tim Burton would do great things with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - and that movie creeped me out as well. So if nothing else, at least he’ll be keeping good company.

Rumor Confirmed: Brangelina Baby News

Angelina Jolie must have finally inked a deal on who gets to report her pregnancy. And though the news has been all over TV and the Internet for weeks, the “scoop” is finally revealed: Yes, Brangelina is pregnant again. It’s on the cover of OK Magazine, so it has to be true, right?
The tabloids are all over the story, many claiming that she’s expecting twins instead of a single birth. Brad Pitt is said to be very excited and in charge of getting the nursery ready for the new addition. The couple’s first biological child, Shiloh, was born in May 2006.

Britney’s Former Bodyguard Witness to Nudity, Drugs

The ongoing custody drama between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline just got slightly more interesting. A former bodyguard of Spears, Tony Barretto, reported to court today. He was prepared to testify on the questionable things he saw behind closed doors.
Although he was never called to the stand, Baretto, 28, submitted his detailed accounts into evidence. The former employee—who could bear a grudge against Spears for being abruptly fired—claims he witnessed acts of ‘nudity, drug use and safety issues involving the children’. Unfortunately these accusations are extremely vague (and something we could have all guessed already). Let’s hope the juicy details are leaked soon!
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only bad news for Brit today. Her lawyer, Laura Wasser, has elected to drop her client and pass her over to a new set of hands. Apparently big bucks aren’t worth the headache.
