OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.3 12D68

Apple has released OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.3 build 12D68, about a week after the release of OS X 10.8.3 12D65. The company asks developers to focus on AirPlay, AirPort, Game Center, graphics drivers, and Safari. OS X 10.8.3 has seemed to be stuck in developer builds for quite a while, but as the timeframe between dev releases is getting shorter and shorter, that means that there is less and less to fix. If we find anything new, we'll let you know. Developers--grab this update in the Mac App Store.

OS X 10.8.3 12d65

Apple has seeded OS X 10.8.3 build 12D65 to developers just a week after releasing the 12D61 build. Apple is asking developers to focus on AirPlay, AirPort, Game Center, graphics drivers, and Safari in 12D65. The update also appears to fix the "File:///" bug that currently plagues OS X, where by typing that into a text field, you immediately crash the app you are working in. If you're a Mac dev, you can grab the update through the Mac App Store right now.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand arrive at Indian airportKaty Perry hid herself under her coat as she arrived in India for her wedding ceremony. The "Teenage Dream" singer and her husband-to-be, comedy actor Russell Brand, tried to avoid photographers at Mumbai airport yesterday, with Katy seemingly determined to keep her "Nath" - a traditional piece of Indian jewelry extending from her right ear to her nostril - under wraps.

The couple then flew to the city of Jaipur before taking a three hour drive to the luxury Aman-I-Khas resort, on the edge of a tiger reserve, where they are believed to be tying the knot on Saturday. Katy's parents, Keith and Mary Hudson, had earlier arrived at the resort - where guests sleep in 'eco-chic' luxury tents. Rihanna was also expected to arrive yesterday.

Russell, 35, and Katy, 25, are believed to have booked the resort for a week, and hired wedding planner Mindy Weiss to arrange the ceremony. They are rumored have four days of activities planned for guests in the run up to the ceremony, including a tiger safari and feast. A "Katy and Russell kicked things off by holding a Lagna, or engagement, ceremony," a source revealed.

Paris Hilton Detained in Japan

Paris and Nicky Hilton in Japan

Even though Paris Hilton made a plea bargain in the states for her cocaine troubles, the country of Japan seems to not care for any of her “It wasn’t my purse”-like excuses, as authorities there detained the socialite upon her arrival.

Paris and her sister flew to Japan in order to debut their Fall/Winter collections. Instead, they were held and interrogated Paris about her cocaine possession (and her well-publicized obstruction of justice) for six hours until police decided to deny her entrance into the country.

There is no word yet as to whether or not Paris will stay until the issue is resolved or fly back to the United States.

Plane Nightmare for Ashley Olsen

Ashley Olsen with Justin BarthaLooks like someone should’ve listened to Megan Fox’s flying advice.

‘s plane was forced to make an emergency landing yesterday.

The 23-year-old actress-and-designer was traveling from New York to Los Angeles with her boyfriend, The Hangover‘s , when an electrical fire sparked in the cockpit, forcing the pilot to land the aircraft in Virginia.

Publicist Phil Lobel - who was a passenger on the plane - told ET Online the incident was a “harrowing experience,” as the fire had caused the windscreen to crack, which “obscured the pilot’s ability to conduct a visual landing.” Emergency crews met the plane on the runway, where they stabilized the situation before leading the passengers and crew to safety.

According to reports, the passengers - which also included Californication actress Pamela Adlon and Jersey Boys star Jarrod Spector - bonded and celebrated their safe landing once safely inside the airport. The group were rebooked onto flights to complete their journey this morning.
