Head Knife BlockYou know, some products are just better explained by an image rather than with words, this being one of them. I mean, a knife block shaped like a human head, with slots for the knives located all over the scalp? Pure genious. When they start taking picture submissions so that they can re-create the head of the guy who stole your prom date, let us know, kay?

Gear Live Office Chair Mod

I’ve been needing a new computer chair for a long time now, along with new computer speakers.  I finally decided to go out and get them, and as I was shopping I couldn’t help but think about the prospect of combining the purchases, with the end result being a hybrid office chair-surround sound system. Sure, they make them - but doing it yourself is a lot cheaper, plus it would satisfy the geek within. Read on for details on how to do the same.

Stainless Steel Playing Cards

You know, there are some items that you can expect will just be relegated to the famous and the uber-collectors as far as ownership is concerned. Case in point, these stainless steel playing cards. The card designs are etched into the metal, and arrive at your door in sheets of metal rather than in a deck of cards. The sheets can be displayed on a wall, which would be great for a poker room, or you can press the cards out of the metal sheet which will leave you with a $313.95 USD deck of standard-sized playing cards.

(Thanks, munkyxtc!)

SoundBikeIf I knew how to ride a bike like a pro - or even like a ten year old for that matter - I would want it outfitted with the Soundbike. This is a project by Jessica Thompson, and it has peaked our interest. What happens is the SoundBike emits the sounds of laughter as the cyclist pedals. The faster the pedaling, the more hysterical the laughter gets. Is that not genius or what? I mean, imagine all the bikes in the Tour De France having this technology incorporated into them, and being able to just stand on the sidelines? Sweet.
