This morning Monster announced the Inspiration Hublot, its new premium luxury over-ear headphones. We're sure our readers are familiar with Monster and its popular headphone products, but if you're unfamiliar with Hublot, it's a company that stands as one of the most awe-inspiring watchmakers in the world. The end result of the collaboration between the luxury watchmaker and the premium headphone make is the Inspiration Hublot.
So, what makes the Inspiration Hublot so great? According to Monster, these luxury noise canceling headphones are constructed with precision parts and fine-tooled machining with a black and carbon fiber appearance. Monster is also debuting its new Enigma Audio Engine with Inspiration Hublot, which it says focuses on delivering crystal clear sound and a realistic soundscape, alongside "the world's most advanced digital noise cancellation," which uses two microphones--one for handling constant noise, and the other for intermittent sounds. The headphones also support A2DP for wireless Bluetooth with AAC and APT-X codec support, and direct USB audio. The headphones also include two audio cables--a standard Monster Pro Link, and a ControlTalk Universal, which allows you to control volume, answer and take phone calls, etc.
As for when you can get your hands on them, the Inspiration Hublot headphones will hit Hublot stores across the world this summer, just make sure you start saving, because they'll cost 1,750 Euros--or $2,276.
Google Glass units are starting to land in the hands of developers who've signed up for the early Explorer Edition of the device, and images and videos are making their way to the Internet with the quickness. For example, Brandon Allgood posted an image of Glass unboxed to his Google+ page, showing everything it comes with. If you're curious, along with Glass, Explorers also get two different visor lenses (clear and shaded,) a carrying bag with a hard plastic area, AC adapter, and a USB cable for charging all in a Nexus-like box. Hard to believe that Google Glass is finally here, but the units are making their way out into the wild. Google says that it hopes to release Glass to the masses before the end of the year.

Last night Monster and Viacom introduced the latest exclusive Monster DNA headphones color, White Tuxedo, at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards. The white tuxedo color features glossy white with black accents on the outside, and black on the ear cups and inner headband of the headphones. It's a fashionable take on the white tuxedo with black tie look, and features all the same Monster DNA headphone features that we already know and love--Pure Monster Sound tuned by Monster CEO Noel Lee himself, the Music Link feature that allows you to daisy chain multiple pairs of DNA headphones to each other, allowing the wearers to all hear the same music from a shared audio source.
"Viacom and Monster both have deep roots in music culture, and with Monster DNA White Tuxedo headphones we are providing fans with a new way to enjoy their music with great sound quality, while expressing their personal style. Both Viacom and Monster are committed to raising awareness for the importance of better sound, and we are pleased to provide Monster DNA with a global platform through our diverse entertainment brands, connecting with young audiences at the intersection of music and entertainment" noted Peter Griffin, EVP, Global Business Development of Viacom.
If you wanna get your swag on with the new hotness, you'll be able to get your hands on a pair of Monster DNA White Tuxedo headphones this Tuesday, April 16, exclusively at the Apple Store and the Monster Products online store for $199.95.

If you weren't able to make it to Emerald City Comic Con, then you missed the awesome LEGO Hogwarts that was built by Alice Finch. This thing took a year to build, and then had to be taken apart and sectioned in order to be brought to ECCC. It took six minivans to transport it, and three hours to get everything back in place. That's 400,000 LEGO bricks, over 250 minifigures, and no glue. Check out the video after the jump that shows off the reconstruction, and just how how LEGO Hogwarts is.
Yahoo is rolling out its redesigned homepage today, as promised by CEO Marissa Mayer in a blog post last Wednesday. In it, Mayer wrote that the newly designed landing page will be more "intuitive and personal." The redesign was tested in January, and now will start rolling out to everyone "over the next few days." The new page is more streamlined than ever, giving more prominence to Yahoo's most notable services: email, news, finance and sports. What's more, Yahoo now has a stream in the vein of Twitter. The stream has an infinite stream of news, as well as social features such as the ability to see content recommended by Facebook friends.

We got the opportunity to chat with Nick Cannon about the NCredible line of Monster headphones in the video below. The NCredible line includes a pair of over-ear DJ headphones called NPulse, on-ear headphones called NTune, and in-ear earbuds called NErgy. As you look at the cost of the various models, you quickly see that these are some of the most inexpensive headphones offered by Monster, which is important to Cannon, as he wants kids to be able to get headphones that are cool without breaking the bank. Find out more about the NCredible philosophy, as well as headphone fashion, in this video.
Slacker has been around for a few years as both a free and premium Internet radio service, and now the service has released a new redesign. The old black and gold interface is replaced with a newer, hipper, cleaner look on all platforms, including web, Xbox 360 app, and mobile apps. Slacker had to do something to take some attention away from Rdio, Spotify, Pandora, and the like, and we have to say that the new design makes things easier on the eyes, and thusly, easier to use.
Slacker pricing remains intact. You have the free version, Radio Plus for $3.99 per month, and then Slacker Premium for $9.99 per month. Updated Windows Phone 8 and BlackBerry 10 versions are on the way as well.
