Samsung has a new YP-VP1 voice recorder that includes a built-in camera. Take a picture and use VoicePix to add a tag. Other features include voice detection, FM tuner and noise reduction. In a choice of black or silver, the YP-VP1 comes in a 2GB model with 520 recording hours in LP mode and a 4GB that can hold up to 1040 hours of audio. At this point, the device is only available in Korea but somehow it wouldn’t be a big surprise to see some in use at next year’s CES.
