The Coughing and Screaming Ashtray…Need We Say More?
If you have a loved one who smokes a lot, here’s a gag gift they’ll (hopefully) appreciate. It’s the self-explanatory Coughing and Screaming Ashtray—which looks like a real pair of healthy lungs.
