Canon Powershot SD940 and SD980
Canon has been up to its old tricks with some of their latest Powershot cameras, the SD940 and SD980 Digital ELPH.
The SD940 has a 12.1 Megapixel sensor, 28mm wide-angle lens with 4X Optical Zoom. It has a 2.7 inch LCD, and is capable of 720p videos. It will be available in September for a price of $300. You can pre-order it on Amazon.
The SD980 also has the 12.1 Megapixel sensor, 24 mm wide-angle lens with 5X Optical Zoom. Its screen is a 3.0 inch PureColor System LCD touchscreen, and the camera is also capable of 720p. This will be available in October for $429, and you can order it on Amazon now for $329.
