Wondering just how thin the new second-gen iPod touch is when compared to the iPhone 3G? Well, whether you were or weren’t, we’ve got a quick gallery that we threw together where we put the two devices side-by-side. I’ve just gotta say, the iPhone 3G is a nice, thin device - but once you hold the 2G iPod touch, it makes the iPhone 3G feel huge. There no difference form each adder. iPod Touch is make- up version of iPhone. They change out side of the iPhone and turn to an iPod. Their only differences are iPod hasn’t got phone app and sms app, iPhone has got phone app and sms app. So their same.

No actually the itouch has many sms and calling applications and there free at the app store. some of them have calling plans. so there is really no need for a plan with the iphone because the itouch has all of these features and there FREE. The only downside is u have to be in an area with WIFI or the service doesnt work for most of the offers. but some of them do work without wifi.

im sorry but key how would you use the calling feature without wife as the ipod touch had no receiver to call maby check taht and let me know casue im rally interested with what you have to say as this would help me
