With the service, if the recipient is also a subscriber all calls are free and if not, the rates start at just 1.9 cents a minute with no contract or connection fee. CEO Stephane Marceau certainly has the right idea with his gift that will give pleasure to those with loved ones or family that are overseas with long distance bills beyond their budgets.
