New Boomslang Comes in Limited Edition

Boomslang CE

Fans of Razer’s Boomslang run, don’t walk to get yourself a CE (Collector’s Edition) 2007. It features an 1800 dpi 3G infrared sensor, a 32KB Razer Synapse onboard memory, 5 programmable hyperesponse non-slip buttons, 1000Hz ultrapolling /1 ms response, a speed of 5.8 megapixels per second, 15g of acceleration, and a16 bit ultra-wide data path. The mouse is also ambidextrous, features a 7 foot, non-tangle cord, and has the unique look of the Boomslang. There will only be a total of 10,000 available, each with a unique serial code, certificate of ownership, and comes enclosed in a matte black metal box for $99.99.

By the way, we just learned that the initial collection has sold out, but they have decided to offer more towards the end of the month. We suppose that means you can make it an easy lope over to the Razer Zone.

Synapse Synapse 3/18/14 8:53 am

Nerve cells do not join each other physically as do lengths of pipe. Each branch of an end brush of one neuron terminates in a synaptic knob, a rounded expansion applied against the dendrites or cell body of the next neuron, but there is no protoplasmic bridge between two cell walls. This type of close association without continuity is called the synapse. Synapses throughout the nervous system take many forms but always it is a case of “contiguity without continuity.”
