Altoids Tin Makes Solar-Powered Xmas Lights

Solar Altoid LightsWe have shown you other stuff made with Altoids tins, and for those of you who have a few mints, some LED Christmas tree lights, and a solar garden light, you can come up with a string of lights just in case your power goes off today. Costing about $10.00, Wheelgirl placed the photo sensor of the garden light into the Altoids box and attached the lights. By the way, the device is intelligent enough to store power in its rechargeable battery when not needed.
