LG GM730 Smartphone With Windows Mobile 6.1

LG GM730LG has launched their GM730, the first smartphone that offers Windows Mobile 6.1. Add to that their 3D S-Class User Interface with a cube layout. A single finger flip rotates each of the 5 faces and thereby eliminates most nested menus. Other features include a 5 megapixel cam, MP3 player and several games. The LG-GM730 makes its debut this July first in Asia, moving globally after that.

This new GM730 launching in Asia with windows mobile is a big deal in my book.  I think this is a huge opportunity for the proliferation of windows mobile on a global scale.  Let’s see how this one goes.
