Rockers Helped Launch Guitar Hero: Aerosmith

AerosmithIn honor of Activision’s launch of “Guitar Hero: Aerosmith” last Friday, the band made a personal appearance at Times Square in NYC. After the press conference was held, the Hard Rock Cafe housed a game lounge where fans could try before they bought the game. While we know that Activision will sell a ton of them, it remains to be seen what effect the old rockers and their album sales will have on a younger generation.

Well Rock A’ Band can learn from this.

I like the guitar hero games, they have alot of music thsat came out when I was a kid. And alot of the good songs to. The game is cool, it gets harder as you go but fun to play.

I picked up GH: Aerosmith yesterday afternoon and love it. It has a lot of older songs it and it kind of gives you the feel you actually doing a concert since on each set you do a couple opening acts before you get to the Aerosmith songs.
