Not only is Cuba now allowing its people to purchase computers and appliances, they will have unlimited, unrestricted use of cell phones. ETECSA should be giving the little people full mobile service sometime this week. Previously, residents had to use other names or workplace to be able to have access. Since it must be paid with foreign currency, it is believed that this will still restrict use by Cubans with big bucks. Still, it is a start since there are limits on foreign travel and Internet access for now.
