GreenZap PayPal’s Competition? Get $25 Free

DescriptionA new online payment service is set to launch this summer, and from what I am hearing, GreenZap has some big plans for their debut. While many have soured over how Paypal has treated them, there hasn’t really been an online payment service that has stepped up the the plate and become virtually universally accepted. This is what GreenZap aims to change. They state that they are here to take on Paypal, and lead the way for electronic payments. They will be accepted by eBay, Yahoo! Auctions, and many other online entities. Signing up for GreenZap is free, and if you sign up now, when you log in to your account on their June 15, 2005 launch date - you will find $25 deposited for your use. Take that, Paypal.

They look promising, let’s hope they come through!

Kind of surprised eBay is allowing the use of GreenZap, being they own PayPal and all…....

“Green Zap is the brainchild of Damon Westmoreland, a convicted felon and con artist. Do a Google search on some of his other projects…..slickdeals…...ThePayLine….MyPaySy stems ....Mazulah…....Caruba International…..MLM schemes that ripped off people’s bank accounts and left a lot of people with nothing.

Their whois info does have contact info now….BUT the address given is a rented mail box in the PostalAnnex store (which is conveniently located inside Ralphs Grocery Store in La Jolla)

the phone number on Greenzap’s whois is the same as that for Muzumah.com,CardGlobal.com, slickdeals.net (the SSL certificate on the Greenzap server is also for slickdeals.net which greenzap shares a server with) ...

SORRY!.. sounds WAY to dodgy to touch, wait and see six months and see what happens.. do that with everything you see like this and you’ll be able to research the companies far better and get a real picture if they are real or not.

if you read greenzap’s promo text, you can use it on ebay?.. sorry hang on there pal, ebay OWNS paypal, and they sure as #### will NOT let a competitor onboard, NO MATTER WHAT!..

put a privacy notice up, don’t hide your companies details, and why isnt the company even registered in that state? sounds like someones hiding something to me. I’m sitting on the outside again, and have seen quite a few scams go past. ( old n wise net user 10+ yrs plus )

TIP: GOOGLE anything first.. read up and do your research, ONLY THEN do some more research and hopefully you’ll make the right choice with your privacy and details, they really do need to be protected, but you have to take Responsibility for yourself first…

also I’m Disappointed in this site for even promoting it themselves. very Disappointed to say the least.

Its been confirmed.
Greenzap=Damon Westmoreland=King Scammer

I found an interesting article about Damon Westmoreland and Caruba! Read below:

..............
The name Caruba is a melding of “California and Aruba”. Ivan Shew-a-tjon and his former partner, Damon Westmoreland are from Aruba and California, respectively, hence the name ‘Caruba’.

Caruba’s Website - http://www.carubainternationalbusiness.com

Originating as an off-shore financial services company, Caruba’s purpose was providing information and strategy in banking outside of the U.S. They have since broadened their services.

Apparently, there was an issue Caruba with the state of Alaska. From what I found, one of Caruba’s distributors had created his own website, which had incorrect information. In speaking with the Alaska regulators, I found out that Caruba had resolved the issue with Alaska by having the distributor take the site down.

I called Mr. Westmoreland to ask him a few questions regarding Caruba. Here was his response:

“Although I am no longer actively involved, Caruba is still in business and going well. I left Caruba on good terms and what a lot of people don’t know is that I personally loaned the company a little over $100,000.00 to cover business expenses and commissions due to the members. To date, Caruba has not paid me back. From what I hear they are doing well, so hopefully one day, they will send me a check. Mr. Shew-a-tjon is a great guy and I’ve always wished him the best of success.”

I asked him to provide evidence of his loan to Caruba. Attached below is a letter from Ivan Shew-a-tjon (president of Caruba), outlining the amount that I loaned Caruba, the reason why and when it was supposed to be paid back.

hmm im sorta angry that i signed up for this now that i saw that that scammer was running it. who knows what kinds of crap might come in the mail now. the ebay thing is fine though, because the sellers, not ebay, decides how you can pay. there are sellers that send you your thing if you just send cash in the mail (bad idea though). but Damon Westmoreland… scam.

I’m actually excited to be a Greenzapper, and can’t wait for it’s debut/launch on June 1. You have to keep in mind that this is all pre-launch frenzy, and that on June 1, all of those questions will be answered.

Greenzap Community Forums:
http://www.zaptoday.com/community/

Jason knows that Damon is linked to Greenzap, but of course he’ll never state that anywhere in his any of his posts.

Just ask Romy Blystone—he connected the dots for us on his forum that is now shut down.

Now Greenzap is finding every possible way to hide this scammer Damon Westmoreland.

We’ll see what Michael Berstein and Alex Sonkin will say next in regard to Damon—the scammer and his paramid scam behind Greenzap.

This damaging information is already everywhere and continues to pop up wherever Greenzap is mentioned.

The more Greenzap becomes known (mostly negative of course), the more infamous Damon Westmoreland and his associates will become.

We’ll see if internet users will entrust their hard-earned money to a known scammer. This after all is the core of Greenzap business.

We’ll see if internet merchants will do business with a known scammer. Without merchants, it will be tough for Greenzap to survive.

I for one will support any project that is under the strings of Damon’s control.

I had been zapped by him before. It wasn’t pleasant.

I meant to say: I for one will not support any project that is under the strings of Damon’s control.

You obviously havent done your research.

I was the one that made the connection on Romy’s forum, which are up on a new server, by the way. And, Damon has been posting in our forum at http://www.zaptoday.com/community/ several times.

Get your facts straight, then comment.

Happy Zapping,

Jason Steen / ZapToday.com
jsteen@zaptoday.com

That is the fact!

Now Damon has Mr. Sonkin doing all the lies. More lies in the interview.

When is Sonkin going to state that it’s Damon who orchestrated and a part owner of Greenzap—the funny money?

Give the truth—no more lies and more lies from Damon, Sonkin, Jason, Romy, Nick.

Here’s what I would like to hear and see when you ask someone to give Damon and Sonkin $100 directly wired from their bank: Greenzap is owned by a known scammer.

Why don’t you include this notice to those that Greenzap is trying to scam.

Give me $100 and I, Greenzap, will give you $25 in return. If you get a sucker to give me $100, too and I’ll give you $5 in return.

That is a paramid scam—doesn’t matter what angle you are looking at this.

In today’s (July 8, 2005) e-mail, GreenZap informed us that

“Retro rewardz have been accounted for, and account calculations have been finalized. As of today, all of the GreenZap account holders who have worked so hard to expand the GreenZap community will find their retro rewardz have been triggered in their accounts. Enjoy watching your earned rewardz convert from ‘pending’ to ‘available’ as they continue to be processed and verified. “I pre-registered with GreenZap on the first day and have been telling everyone I know about GreenZap ever since!” said Nick H., real-life Zapper. Nick has earned over $21,500 in rewardz ($16,620 in Cash and $4,910 in WebCash) simply by spreading the word.”

GreenZap Summarized - click here

GreenZap, which was calculating pre-registration rewardz over the long weekend, is now back to business as usual and accepting new enrollments as of today. Tell your friendz and family to join now using your unique ZapID and continue to earn rewardz. And don’t forget to remind your friendz and family that they will receive $25 WebCash free just for opening an account!

Just curious: So long after the fact, the top of this web page still shows “Get $25 Free”. We all know NOBODY got $25.00 US currency at all, and never will; they got WebCash, an internal GreenZap coupon of sorts. Anybody going to clean up that little discrepancy?

Jerry

After all been said and done, NaySayers are correct.

Greenzap is run and owned by Damon Westmoreland.

It’s a Scam from the very beginning

Using a search engine do a search on NPW Development, Inc. Then check financial sites such as pinksheets.com and Yahoo finance for stock symbol NPWV or NPWV.PK. Looks like someone bought a shell company (a vehicle to publicy sell securities without having to go through an IPO) which was dormant, then the shell company bought Greenzap. This looks like a PUMP AND DUMP.

Ahhh!!?? Why no more posts!! Are you naysayers surprised that Greenzap isn’t going any where??
Can’t speak because you can’t get your foot out of your mouth. You guys have absolutely NO business acumen. The amount of mis information on posts like these is shocking!! But…problem with the internet is it’s a free forum for anybody to say anything. Just like you. Misguided, misinformed and blatant slander. If you guys are so smart and can pick scams from legitimate businesses…why don’t you pick a good one…work it and become successful and get the hell off these posts and spreading lies!!....Oh…never mind you will never pick anything because your looking for a free lunch!!

There’s no point of more postings because Greenzap is well established and aceepted as a scam of the new milliniun. And truthsayers on scam.com are saying that Greenzap is going into the toilet and everyone is aware of this warning.

As for myself, I only lost money for promoting this scam and the shame I have to live with for getting my friends and family members involved with Greenzap.

It’s suck to be scammed.

The reason no one posts here anymore about Greenzap is that this is a hardware and software forum, not a business or banking forum. In the last few weeks, another widespread round of forum spamming started, with two key spammers using nicks of tommystyles and Roger AKA relaxededge. While no one posts here anymore, there is a thread at scam.com that currently has over 5200 entries in one thread! There were more entries, but abusive ones (aimed at critics of Greenzap) were deleted. You will find many blogs critical of Greenzap that have entries castigating the critical bloggers with name calling, but these posts never contain easily verifiable facts that prove Greenzap to be a sustainable enterprise. I’m not even going to get started on Greenzap’s sales of securities. You can rest assured these cheer leaders are not providing honest information; they are all trying to make money MLM’ing this scam.
