Eizo Unveils New Flagship 22.2” Graphics Monitor

ColorEdge CG221Eizo Nanao today debuted the flagship model of a series of LCD monitors geared towards “graphic arts, printing, digital photography, and other color-critical applications”. The ColorEdge CG221 looks to be available now.

The ColorEdge CG221, according to Eizo, has a 22.2” screen which has a native resolution of 1920 x 1200, a 16:10 aspect ratio, a 12-bit internal look up table and 16-bit color processing. It also has a color gamut which can reportedly reproduce nearly 100 percent of the Adobe RGB color space. Its wide screen display is also capable of enabling the full display of two A4 pages of an application like Adobe Photoshop and its tool palette without any overlap.
