First Look: Brad Pitt in ‘World War Z’

We've seen Brad Pitt's photos on set. Now we finally have a first look at World War Z, the zombie apocalypse flick based off the popular Max Brooks book of the same name.

The heavy use of CGI and casting of Pitt definitely cements its blockbuster status, but hopefully it won't be all that bad. The complete first trailer will be unveiled this week, but fans will have to wait until June 21, 2013 to see it in theaters.

VIDEO: New ‘Django Unchained’ Trailer Unleashed

Christmas brings joy to many -- even moreso for fans of Quentin Tarantino, whose latest film Django Unchained is set to debut on the winter holiday. After viewing the film's second trailer (seen above), however, I can't say that I'm as excited as I typically find myself with a Tarantino release.

It could be that I just don't buy Leonardo DiCaprio as a villainous, eyeliner-sporting slave owner? Or perhaps it's the intended-to-be-humorous quips from Christoph Waltz and Jonah Hill that didn't impress me? Check out the trailer and let me know what you think!

VIDEO: Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter Trailer

So the current pop culture fixation on vampires (thank you, Twilight) hasn't died down, but at least we've got Wanted director Timur Bekmambetov and producer Tim Burton to thank for what looks like a promising new bloodsucker movie with a new (albeit, imaginative) retelling of one of our country's most famous presidents.

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter -- based on the novel by Seth Grahame-Smith, whom you may recall also penned the bestseller Pride and Prejudice and Zombies -- plays out the revised tale in which our 16th president goes on a personal quest to eliminate as many vamps as he can after learning that they caused the deaths of his mother and grandfather.
