Sam Worthington Admits Clash of the Titans was a Letdown

Sam Worthington in Clash of the TitansIf you were one of those who felt disappointed by the recent Clash of the Titans remake, the star of that movie has a message for you.

Although Sam Worthington really had no control over the rushed 3-D conversion – there is one thing he can apologize for.

"I think the first one, we kind of let down some people,” he admitted to Moviefone. “I think I can act f***ing better, to be honest."

"What we're setting out to do with this one -- the writers and the director and myself -- is improve. Just take all the notes from people that I have been reading about on the 'net and give them a movie they f***ing want,” Sam stated. Hmm -- give people what they want. That’s a novel concept ...

“This one I want to kind of try to satisfy a lot more people,” Worthington added. (Heck -- while he’s at it, could he add a redo of Terminator Salvation to his list?)

Wrath of the Titans – also starring Liam Neeson as Zeus – will debut on March 30, 2012.
