I couldn’t agree more - for a world that is based almost entirely around press releases and major events, game bloggers are always fighting for any little tidbit of information they can get. And when, through either engenuity or (legal) sleuthing, they’re able to get something interesting, I say “fair game”.

    If a company wants to keep their cards close to their chest, that’s their problem, and they need to learn how to do it. Asking reporters not to publish what they’ve seen and/or punishing them for publishing material is bad for journalism and the public in general. But hey, our president does it too, so who can blame them 😉
