This looks very similar to the current iPhone, and there’s not much difference to the look besides the back. MacRumors did estimate that the new 3G iPhone would be 22% thinner than the current one but it actually isn’t. I checked the specs on Apple.com and found that the height, width, and depth was the same for both the 3G iPhone and the original iPhone.
