Actually Cablevision only provides internet service for Bronx Queens and some of Brooklyn out of the 5 boroughs. So if you lived in manhattan, you’d be stuck with Road Runner or RCN. =P Luckily, I live in the Bronx. Upstream and downstream is much more than advertised in their commercials or website, good for me. =D

“I’ve never wanted to live in Manhattan so bad.”
You wouldnt say that when those planes came crashing down around you. I live a better life now outside of NYC. Nothing in the world can make me go back.

“Edwin,
You’re right about Manhattan, but unless I am misinterpreating your post, you’re wrong to think that Cablevision only operates their Interent service in NYC. I used to live in Rockland County and had cable Internet from Cablevision for years. “

Indeed a misinterpretation - i was referring specifically about the 5 boroughs not Long Island or Northern NY counties. Cablevision provides Optimum in a variety of places around the country.
