How have you gotten so many stolen??

I got an ipod case with a bungie clip, so it won’t get scratched or fall out of my pocket, and can’t be yanked out of it by someone.

talk to your principle. unless they have a no-ipod rule, they have to find out who stole it.

When I was in school, they wouldn’t allow us to bring certain technology into the school, like mobiles. What are schools’ policies now on iPods & the like?

schools usually aren’t responsible for anything lost or stolen by a member of the student body… thats one of the reasons why they say “no electronics”.

Thats so awesome. I wish they did that at my school. Then again its not really needed because there is only a handful of “thugs” at my school that will do anything like that.

the primary thief at my school is one of the assistant principals.  he looks for anybody using any electronics on the cameras hidden all over the school then comes and confiscates it.  they then keep it until either your parents come or the year ends.

they say that we’re allowed to have cell phones, but if they are seen by any staff (including if it falls out of your pocket or something) they have to confiscate it. most teachers think this rule is stupid and don’t follow it, though.

My school allows anything as long it doesn’t make noise in class. If it makes noise the teacher will probably take it till the end of the period, or just makes us turn it off.

You should get something less desirable—but then you wont want it—you should carry a taser and make an example out of someone

it depends on your state - here in redneck-controlled florida it’s legal for anyone over 16 to carry some types of tasers.

you can buy them here: http://www.taser.com/eStore/default.htm

I have never owned an Ipod - I guess I will never know what it feels like. grin Actually I had one but sold it right away to a friend brand new in a box from one of those free ipod sites.

*cough* Maybe if you didn’t keep them out and flaunt them they wouldn’t get stolen *cough*

And that is why it comes with a years warranty we will replace any iPod that has any HARDWARE defects (that does NOT include cracked screens, and any damage that occured while it was in your hands.. like scratches)

iPods has to top the list in the most stolen items.

My cousin went to the bathroom in an airplane and left his ipod in his seat.  When he got back it got stolen.  I think he was in 1st class.  But he filed an isurance claim or something, and got $300.
