I was trying to DJ a Christmas get-together last week. 

They all kept asking me: “Oh, do you have [insert new artist/song here]” and I kept telling them that I don’t have a radio, and I haven’t checked the Billboard charts in a long while, so all my songs were good maybe three months ago but now are played out.

To be honest, I always find my music through the old grapevine Your friends that were asking you if you had such-and-such song are offering suggestions on new music!! So that’s how you keep up with the latest great dance songs
