My guess is that you’re not allowing the page to load completely.  Just go to the contest page, and don’t click on comments or anything.  Just leave your computer for a little while.  Go make a sandwich or something.  Come back.  If the page has loaded completely, at the very, very bottom of the page there should be the comment-submission form.  Good luck!
