yea.. thats what caused my confusion

based on that post by andru.. i had the feeling he meant everyone in a conga needs to send an update at least every 3 days.. (that actually would be an interesting idea, but probably not all that necessary)..

but that rule was being explained as just the people at the top.. which is also cool.. I just wanted to be 100% sure..

Everyone who is in the conga that’s getting their link displayed, has to report to the conga person every three days?
What if there isn’t anything to update in three days? I’m confused, I figure it would cause more confusion. I like a rule that you have to update when you get a referral, not every three days.
I have no problem PMing my status every three days but gee whiz lol

keep people from just joining and leaving
if you force people to check in, at least you know they are active

and sure.. it works if everyone just lets us know when they get a green.. but we would have to assume anyone that goes past 3 days isnt getting any greens… what about the people that are getting referrals, and just arent bothering to check in… 3 days seems more than fair to me, at least for the people at the top of the conga..

When I PM you asking for your status, ref, etc, you will have to answer within 3 days or you will be removed.

andru and mods, that’s actually a great idea. The thing about responding and giving updates.  I’ve been in another conga at another site where ppl on the active list actually post their updates twice a day.  That way the conga runner knows who and how many each active person got each day and no extra referrals were wasted.  This was ran very efficiently and ppl were able to move quickly.  Some of the members on this board may know which one i’m talking about.

Now my question for Andru.  While this is a great idea and an efficient way to do the congas going forward, does this new rule apply to the old
freeipod.com/FDPC/FFS congas?  I’ve been on this board since august and I notice 2 or more ppl’s been on the FIP active conga for the past 2 months. I’m sure there’s been more ppl joining that conga since august till now but how come those guys still there on the active list since Aug?  Is it not updated as often or the active person never gave their updates?  Will the new rule apply to them old gratis congas?

lmfao! gohan has been telling everyone in like every thread that the new rule is 20 posts and its not.  i just think its funny becasue i doubt anyone but kidd actaully checked it out.  i just took his word for it

yeah because i read andru post it. I dont have access to Mod forums so how am i soposed to know it was changed.. and how the hell did this get brought back up. Kidd thought the exact same thing i did.
Why the hell is everyone always against me.. im starting to hate this forum.

When all of these stupid rules were put into effect, I and others were removed form the list and told we would be put on the bottom of the list when we hit 50 posts.

Has this changed?

I have PMed the mods of both of the congas I am on to clarify and got no response.

Moving peoples spots on the Conga is FRAUD, so i hope all spots were returned to the original

I don’t have authority…only in 1 board I can’t even read the mod boards. I was talking about Haxxxess showing me. When I said you wouldn’t know because you weren’t a mod, I didn’t mean that I would because I am. I just meant that Haxxxess told me otherwise and he would know as he is a high powered mod.
