True.  Beyond the “cool” factor of a commander and chief getting off in the oval office, he was a genius, a Rhodes Scholar, and a good diplomat.  And a good president, as history will show.  I wish I could have voted for him this year…

What happened was his private life.  It doesn’t affect us or his job as president.  So we shouldn’t care.

Oh, I care.  It makes me like him more!  :D Honestly, not only does it show that he is human, it shows he knows how to get a little booty!

Clinton was the ultimate politician. Everything was good and even adultery in the white-house didn’t mar his approval rating much. He had the country in his pocket and he knew it. You can’t not like Clinton.

The economy used to flourish when Clinton was around.  When Bush came, ouch.

If clinton had done something about terrorism maybe we wouldn’t be in the position we are now….

I would say our main problem is Bush.  He’s not preventing terrorism, he’s tripling the # of terrorists.

Greatest line ever I heard in Florida, when Regan died, a girl talking to her father
“Clinton was one of the worst presidents we had, all the other ones DID something and he never DID anything special you know?”
later in conversation
dad: “Regan was the greatest president since FDR”
“Who’s FDR?”

Way to be uneducated with your parents opinion…

An example of an ignorant. A president isnt lucky to be in a term where economy is good. The goverment makes it happen. And Bill, in my opinion ,made some great choices that made this country great. Atleast until W took over…

Oh ,really? Thats intresting cause I think we would still be in position we are now.

Bill was a good president, on the other hand, I don’t know about Hilary who may be running in the next presidential election.

Ha, Clinton had no real need to do anything about terrorism. No one knew what we were in for.

IMO it was because he was a good president. Though his personal life was publicized, other then that the nation didn’t really have any problems when he was in office.
