instead of getting the archos pvp you can get a $500 webcertificate (i dont know how much the archos is worth but around there)
and instead of a ps2 you can get a $160 webcertificate thats what he means.

There’s no new site, its the current ones, instead of getting the product they offer, you can choose to get the value of it in a webcertificate!

Yeah, they will give you a webcertificate on your email in stead of sending you a prize.
$160 for 4 refs is pretty good….$500 for 9 is even better!
Edit : you can use a webcertificate anywhere!!! They are used like a CC with a charged value on them. A bit like a gift card.

what…. i dont like this at all.
if i get a $150 gift certificate, i know i won’t spend it on an xbox. i probably won’t spend it at all. thats what i liked about them giving me a console.

How about if you get more than the required number of refs? I would assume no, but it would be nice if you could cash out with a webcertificate whenever you wanted.
