How do I rip a DVD’s video to an MP4 format?

By the way, I already ripped the contents, using DVDShrink.  I think it’s stored in .VOB(sp??) format, but not sure where to go from there.

hey hector—

Are you using windows PC or a Mac?

As far as converters, I use OpenShiiva however, this is mac software and won’t help alot if you are using a PC—I’ll see what I can dig up, but anytime I need help with my PC for video I check the divx forums

It’s for PC.  What is all this about Mac’s being better for this process!  :x
