[quote author=“Chris”]What version does everyone have? I have 7.0

I’ll be upgrading soon to CS.

I have 7 running on one machine, and CS running on another—mainly use my 7.0 box.

[quote author=“Andreux”]I use 7.0, and each time I load it, it wastes a good 110 MB of space :|  Is this supposed to happen? Is there a way to get it to load all the crap that it loads permanently so I don’t freak out seeing the change in space that’s available on my notebook?

There isn’t a way that I’m aware of…technically, Photoshop is supposed to use 2 harddrives—the primary drive is to be used to load the application, and an entirely different drive to be used as a gigantic swap drive, so using a single drive I’m not sure there is too much that can be done to prevent resource hogging.
