I’m emailed promo glam support last night and got a reply today this afternoon. This is what the e-mail said:

We have not yet received the iPods from our sponsor. As soon as they do,
will notify you. We should get them sometime early next week.

Again, we appreciate your patience.

wtf! ok now this is pissing me off. Is anyone going to do anything against them?

if that was their real address, i would ship them a bottle of pee.

if i were involved i would take legal action, or atleast try. these bastards need to go DOWN!

I still have yet to get a letter, so I think I will be getting it soon.

We apologize for the delay. We were expecting the first batch of nano iPods from our sponsor on December 1st. However, there has been a delay in receiving these. We will mail these out sometime in early January.

is that who bryan is going to talk to?

i dont know its one of those widely spoken law terms, i have no clue what a state’s attorney is. im guessing an attorney provided by the state? but maybe, or maybe he has a family lawyer or a friend who is a lawyer. or maybe he is ritch!!!

Well I probably won’t talk to the actual attorney general but this is who you contact in a situation like this.  Every state has an AG.

Damn liars, what really sucks, is that even though I didnt pay anything for this, that a referral of mine did, he did everything by the policy and actually bought 2 gifts totalling $100 for use as christmas presents and sent in the form, he still has no word…

Update 1/3/06:

We totally understand your frustration and once again we apologize for the delay. Our sponsor has informed us that the iPods have been ordered and we are now awaiting their arrival. We expect to receive these hopefully sometime this week,if not, next week. Please rest assure. You will receive your iPod.
