Mine shipped, oh wow whatta good feeeling!!!! I was checkin it like at least every other day for like .... about 3 months now. Its estimated delivery is on friday 10/29!!! Cant wait!!!!! Its in Sacramento CA, and is comin to CT. Do I have to be home when it comes, to sign for it or accept it or something, or do they just drop her off??

My only complaint is the shortness of the battery life. It is definitely not living up to its 12 hour life that is advertised. I remember someone else having this problem, and being advised to ‘reset’ his ipod to get better usage of the battery. Can anyone run that by me again please?

Yeah that was me 8)
To reset just,
1. Plug in the iPod to the charger
2. Toggle to Hold switch from Off to On and back to Off
3. Press both the Play/Pause & Menu buttons at the same time (for about 10 seconds)
The iPod really does last awhile its just the battery icon that is probrally messed up… oh well im going for the photipod so im not too worried
