2. Taking non-citrus fruits can help neutralize stomach acids.

3. Select healthy, organic foods that do not encourage stomach acid creation. These foods have the extra advantage of helping you maintain a healthy weight. Take more:

(i) Fresh vegetables
(ii) Lean poultry
(iii) Dried beans
(iv) Fish
