Split video file into parts quickly

Sometimes there is a problem to split big file into parts. For example, I needed to cut out 100 mb that didn’t go into disc.

There are many programs helping to do that, but they requires to recode film - it takes several hours.

However I’ve found a solution: used VideoCharge Full programm (search in Google) - it enables to divide video into parts without recoding!

I could see before my eyes status line and how unwanted 100 mb is being cut out!

At the same time that program enables to divide film into parts by various parametres - by size, time - and the main thing - it works with almost all video formats and allows to join the same films quickly!
