I Love salads, specially green vagetables and tomatoes, tomatoes really help our skin to glow and save from sun burn, i prefer it topped with olive oil and lemon juice. salads are light and healthy. best for summer

Salad is the best for health. Consuming salad increase in fiber intake. Salad is an important starting point and each additional serving further improves nutritional status. I love to eat green salad at the most. Since salads are very filling, eating one prior to your main course will reduce the number of calories you end up consuming.

Salads are the best.I always prefer to have salad at lunch time.Like Cucumber,Tomato etc.

Tomatoes are really very healthy to eat. I also prefer to eat salad every day in regular food.
I am sure this will gonna very helpful to the people.
As in today’s busy life it is not possible to concentrate on nutrition then salad in food really maintain nutrition.

I like Vegetarian Thai Cucumber Salad.This is my favorite salad.This salad to easy to made and good method to make salad.I every day eat Thai Cucumber Salad.
