Getting nabbed by the law, Britney Spears? former paparazzo lover Adnan Ghalib turned himself in to police custody earlier this morning at the LAPD?s Van Nuys station.

Upon being booked, Ghalib was charged with a felony as a result on an incident in which he ran over a court officer who was trying to serve a restraining order via Miss Spears.
